Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CoachDesk. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you are using CoachDesk on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
Acceptance of terms
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use CoachDesk. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the service.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@coachdesk.app if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require email verification before enabling certain features.
Coach responsibility
CoachDesk is a tool to manage a coaching practice. We do not provide coaching services ourselves and do not endorse or certify any coach. As a coach, you are solely responsible for the professional relationship with your clients, the accuracy of any information you publish, and compliance with the laws of the jurisdictions where you practice.
Acceptable use
When using CoachDesk you agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
- upload content that infringes intellectual-property rights, privacy rights or contains malware;
- attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer or circumvent the security of the platform;
- use automated means to scrape, overload or abuse the service.
Payments and billing
CoachDesk may offer paid plans. Fees, currencies and billing intervals are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe under their own terms. We will notify you before any price change takes effect; if you disagree you may cancel before the next billing cycle.
Intellectual property
The CoachDesk platform, including its software, design and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You keep ownership of the content you upload (session notes, client data, branding); you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the service on your behalf.
Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or remain unpaid. Upon termination, your data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
CoachDesk is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement you have. Any AI-generated output is provided for convenience only and should be reviewed before being shared with a client.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachDesk's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use CoachDesk after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Bucharest, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection right you may have.
